When you submit the form, Netlify Forms processes and stores your inquiry for Bella Christmas Trees. Submitting the form sends an inquiry, not a confirmed order.
If you call, text, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide and the information needed to respond to your request.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, check availability, provide quotes, coordinate delivery or services, and assist customers.

If we add analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing, or nonessential cookies, we will update this policy and any consent controls required for the audiences we serve before activating them. If you choose to call or text us separately, your phone service provider may handle those communications under its own policies.
